Reservation Policies

Thank you for choosing to dine with us! We're looking forward to welcoming you.

To help make your visit as smooth as possible, here are a few things to note:

Table Hold: We'll hold your table for up to 10 minutes after your reservation time. If you're running late, just give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Dining Duration: On weekends and public holidays, tables are allocated for 90 minutes so we can welcome everyone.

Table Preferences & Special Requests: We'd love to make your visit extra special and will always do our best to accommodate your preferred table or any special requests. While we can't guarantee them, we'll certainly try our best, subject to availability.

Big Group Bookings

If you’re booking for more than 11 people, that counts as a large group reservation. We can happily welcome up to 25 guests at a time.

Got a bigger group? No worries! Just reach out to us, and we’ll help you plan a special private event.

Celebrations

We would be delighted to celebrate with you! Whole cakes are available for pre-order—please contact us at events@eccommune.com at least 10 days in advance.

Referring to bringing your own cake? You’re welcome to do so—please note that a cakage fee of $30 applies.

Planning to bring your own wine? A corkage fee of $30 per bottle will be charged.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, decorations are only permitted for private event bookings. Thank you for your understanding.
