Reservation Policies

Thank you for choosing to dine in with us, for us to assist you with a reservation please see below for some details:

We’ll hold your table for 10 minutes after your reservation time. If you’re running late, just give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

On weekends and public holidays, dining time is set at 90 minutes so we can welcome everyone.

We’ll do our best to honour table preferences and special requests, though they’re subject to availability — thanks for your understanding!

Big Group Bookings

If you’re booking for more than 12 people, that counts as a large group reservation. We can happily welcome up to 25 guests at a time.

Got a bigger group? No worries! Just reach out to us, and we’ll help you plan a special private event.

Celebrations

We would love to celebrate with you, and have whole cakes available for order – please contact us for our selection at events@eccommune.com at least 10 days in advance.
Prefer to bring your own cake? You're welcome to do so; a cakage fee of $30 applies.
Bringing your own wine? Our corkage fee is $30 per bottle.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, decorations are only permitted for private event bookings. Thanks for understanding!
