Reservation Policies

Thank you for choosing to dine with us! We’re looking forward to welcoming you.

Table Hold: We'll hold your table for up to 10 minutes after your reservation time. If you're running late, just give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Dining Duration: On weekends and public holidays, tables are allocated for 90 minutes so we can welcome everyone.

Table Preferences & Special Requests: Have a favourite spot or a special request?

Let us know when making your reservation and we’ll be happy to take note of it. While we can’t always guarantee requests, we’ll certainly do our best to accommodate them, subject to availability.

Big Group Bookings

Coming with the whole crew? We love a full table.

Groups of 11–25: our online system can’t take bookings this size, so just reach out and we’ll arrange a table for your group. We recommend getting in touch a few days ahead, especially for weekends.

Groups of 26 or more: let’s make it a private event! Our Events Team can help with set menus, buffets, cakes, and even kids’ entertainment, so you can relax and enjoy the day.

Celebrations

We would be delighted to celebrate with you! Whole cakes are available for pre-order—please contact us at events@eccommune.com at least 5 days in advance.

Referring to bringing your own cake? You’re welcome to do so—please note that a cakeage fee of $30 applies.

Planning to bring your own wine?

A corkage fee of $30 per bottle will be charged.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, decorations are only permitted for private event bookings. Thank you for your understanding.
