Reservation Policies

Thank you for choosing to dine in with us, for us to assist you with a reservation please see below for some details:

We’ll hold your table for 10 minutes after your reservation time. If you’re running late, just give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

On weekends and public holidays, dining time is set at 90 minutes so we can welcome everyone.

We’ll do our best to honour table preferences and special requests, though they’re subject to availability — thanks for your understanding!

Big Group Bookings

If you’re booking for more than 12 people, that counts as a large group reservation. We can happily welcome up to 25 guests at a time.

Celebrations

We would be delighted to celebrate with you! Whole cakes are available for pre-order—please contact us at events@eccommune.com at least 10 days in advance.

Referring to bringing your own cake? You’re welcome to do so—please note that a cakage fee of $30 applies.

Planning to bring your own wine? A corkage fee of $30 per bottle will be charged.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, decorations are only permitted for private event bookings. Thank you for your understanding.
